In 2024, EI.CONS completed an integrated commercial complex in Hacienda Bay on the North Coast. One of the largest mixed-use complexes to date in the area, it includes a group of administrative and commercial units.

Well situated in Mirage City near Heliopolis, this five star hotel has 440 rooms and suites, event spaces, and restaurants, among other amenities. It plays a key role in complementing Mirage City.
Mirage City is a 300-acre development with an 18-hole signature golf course, a J.W. Marriott Hotel and Golf Clubhouse, 150+ large high-end villas overlooking the golf course, and a hill-top residential village of 50 villas.
This retreat, with an integrally rich heritage, overlooks Sidi Abdelrahman Bay on the Mediterranean. Since 1960, Al Alamein Hotel has played host to famous guests. It enjoyed a retro-themed uplift with our help.

Located in San Stefano, a neighborhood in Alexandria, Egypt, and situated on a landmark hotel-casino that was demolished in the late 1990s and replaced by the San Stefano Grand Plaza. The hotel-apartment-shopping mall complex includes a Four Seasons luxury hotel.
In 2021, EICONS delivered its project Capital Gardens, a Palm Hills Development in East Cairo, built over 432,000 sqm. Capital Gardens, pedestrian and bicycle-friendly, brings the resort aspect of living to the residential scene.
Built on the Ras Um El Sid cliff in Sharm El Sheikh, 7 km from the city center, it enjoys a private beach on the Red Sea and a private jetty.

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services, and the German fast-moving consumer goods firm Henkel KGaA formed a 50:50 European joint venture called 'Henkel-Ecolab' in mid-1991. EICONS was commissioned in 2007 for premises construction.
